Jewellery Care

  • Silver / Oxidised Silver jewellery:
- Use a silver polishing cloth that comes with every purchase to shine up the jewellery. (The polishing cloth should never be laundered since that will remove the polishers impregnated within it.)
- If the jewellery is hard to clean with the silver polishing cloth, we suggest using silver polishing liquid to clean it up. (Dip the silver jewellery in the solution for about 5~10 sec and wash it with clean water.)
- Please don't clean the oxidised silver jewellery with the silver polishing liquid. Clean it gently with a silver polishing cloth if necessary.
- We suggest keeping the jewellery in a jewellery box or airtight ziplock bag to prevent tarnish when not wearing it.
  • Gold plated jewellery:
- The plated jewellery is delicate and fragile. Please avoid unnecessary friction and don't clean it with a silver polishing cloth.
- If necessary, please clean the jewellery with clean water and dry it as soon as possible (Every piece of plated jewellery comes with a white cleaning cloth. You can lightly wipe the jewellery after wetting it.)
- When wearing, try to keep the jewellery dry and avoid contact with sweat or chemicals such as perfume, cleaner, hand sanitizer, pool water, etc.
- We suggest keeping the jewellery in a jewellery box or airtight ziplock bag to prevent tarnish when not wearing it.
  • Jewellery with crystal / gem / Glass / Pearl:
- This type of jewellery is relatively fragile and need to be more careful when cleaning and maintaining the metal with a silver polishing cloth or liquid. Please avoid chemical cleaner direct contact with non-metallic materials such as crystals, gemstones, glass, pearls.
- Pearl is a fragile material that may be easily scratched on the surface. Therefore, please avoid keeping pearl jewellery with other accessories.
